Setting your check-in period start month

How do I set check-in period start months?

Check-in reminders and reporting are based off the month that you set as the check-in period start month. Check-ins are scheduled to be due at the end of every 3-month period from the check-in period start month.

  1. Open Access Employee Performance from the Evo menu.

  2. Select the Check-Ins tab.

  3. Select a month for Check-In Period Start Month.

  4. Click Submit.

Example

Clarity run their reporting cycle for objectives January to December. They set their Check-In Period Start Month as January.

Access Employee Performance calculates the check-in due dates as:

  • 31 March.

  • 30 June.

  • 30 September.

  • 31 December.

These dates are used when working out whether employees have completed a check-in for a period in the reporting and when sending automated check-in reminders.
