You can share a meeting with anyone using a secure link, even people who don’t have a Meeting Assistant account. This makes it easy to get meeting insights in front of the right people, whether that’s sending a customer call to a stakeholder, sharing an interview with a hiring manager, or passing along a project update.
Recipients open the meeting directly in their browser. No sign-in required.
How to share a meeting
You can start a share from two places:
From the meetings list: Open the ⋯ menu on any past meeting and select Share meeting.
From the meeting page: Open the meeting and click Share in the top-right corner.
Either option opens the Share Meeting window. Click Share & copy link to generate a public link and copy it to your clipboard automatically.
Note: Anyone with the link can view the meeting. Only share it with people you intend to give access to.
Setting a link expiration
Every share link has an expiration period, which you choose when you create the link. Options are:
14 days
30 days
90 days
6 months
12 months
24 months
Once a link is created, you can find its expiration setting by opening Share on the meeting again. From here you can also:
Copy the link again at any time
Stop sharing this link to disable it immediately
Generate a new link if you need one with a different expiration
Note: Links may expire earlier than the selected period if the meeting is deleted, or if it’s removed under your organization’s data retention policy. Share links never outlive your organization’s retention rules.
What recipients see
When someone opens a shared meeting link, they land on a dedicated meeting page showing:
The meeting video
An AI-generated summary
A searchable transcript
Who shared the meeting
Meeting date, duration, and attendee count
The link’s expiration details
Recipients don’t need a Meeting Assistant account to view any of this.
For admins: customize your shared page branding
Admins can set the branding recipients see on public share pages. Go to:
Settings → Organization Configuration → Brand customisation
From there, you can set:
Primary color: used as the background color for headings and buttons on the shared page
Text color: used for headings and button labels displayed on the primary color
Changes appear in a live preview before you save, and apply across all shared meeting pages for your organization once saved.
