To set up two-factor authentication, you first need to load this site https://identity.accessacloud.com/.
Once you load the site, and click Get started with two-factor authentication, you see three options:
FIDO2 or U2F authenticator -You can use your fingerprint or the biometric features if you have this built into your PC.
Receive a text - You enter your number and receive a text with a code to enter.
Use an authenticator app - Use any authenticator app on your device.
Select one of the three options then follow the section below relevant to your choice.
FIDO2 or U2F
Setting up FIDO2 or U2F is very straight forward. To set this up:
Click Add authenticator then enter a name.
Click Add then enter your PC pin or fingerprint.
Receive a text
To receive a text with a code:
Click Add mobile phone then enter your number.
Click Send Code then enter the code.
Note: It may take a few seconds to receive the code.Click Verify then save the backup codes.
Select I understand the use of backup codes.
Click Enable two-factor authentication.
To go back to Evo from this page type in this page in the web address, "https://go.accessacloud.com/."
Authenticator app
If you don't already have an authenticator app on your device, you need to download one of the following:
Google Authenticator
Authy
Yubico Authenticator
Once you download the app, follow the steps below:
Click Add authenticator app then follow the on screen instructions.
Enter the code the app generates then click Verify.
