Learn to manage roles in Access Analytics

For your member to view Access Analytics, you need to give the member permissions for Access Analytics.

The options available for Access Analytics are:

  • No Access: Access Analytics doesn't appear in the menu and no analytics apps are available.

  • User: Can view and interact with the insights and dashboards you've assigned them.

  • Designer: Can create their own analytics insights and dashboards. They can share this content with their colleagues.

  • Administrator: Can edit all content within the organisation, create their own content, and share any content with users within the organisation.


How to assign a role (individual)

  1. Go to Members in Access Evo.

  2. Open the 3-dot menu for a member.

  3. Select Manage Roles.

  4. Choose the desired Organisation Role.

  5. Click Save Changes and confirm in the pop-up.


How to assign a role (bulk)

  1. Go to Members in Access Evo.

  2. Use the tick icon to select multiple members.

  3. Click Add on the right-hand side.

  4. Select Assign Organisation Role.

  5. Choose the desired role.

  6. Click Set Role > Apply > Confirm in the pop-up.
