For your member to view Access Analytics, you need to give the member permissions for Access Analytics.

The options available for Access Analytics are:
No Access: Access Analytics doesn't appear in the menu and no analytics apps are available.
User: Can view and interact with the insights and dashboards you've assigned them.
Designer: Can create their own analytics insights and dashboards. They can share this content with their colleagues.
Administrator: Can edit all content within the organisation, create their own content, and share any content with users within the organisation.
How to assign a role (individual)
Go to Members in Access Evo.
Open the 3-dot menu for a member.
Select Manage Roles.
Choose the desired Organisation Role.
Click Save Changes and confirm in the pop-up.
How to assign a role (bulk)
Go to Members in Access Evo.
Use the tick icon to select multiple members.
Click Add on the right-hand side.
Select Assign Organisation Role.
Choose the desired role.
Click Set Role > Apply > Confirm in the pop-up.
