If any of your members haven't received their sign-up email, don't worry. You can resend it by following the steps below. You can also resend it in bulk if you have multiple members that haven't received it.
Log in to Access Evo:
UK and Europe go.accessacloud.com
Asia Pacific go.access-workspace.com.au
Click the Members
menu.
To find a member, in the Search field, type the person's name.
Click the three dot menu
at the top right of the member's name card.
Click Resend signup email. If you can't see the option to resend the welcome invite email again, your user has already accepted it and has an active status.
