There may be times when Access Evo doesn't open correctly in your browser.

To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Close any tabs that are currently open in Access Evo.
Click Access Button
then reopen the application you closed in the first step.
Once you've done this, if Access Evo still doesn't open correctly, we recommend clearing the cookies and cache in your browser.

Note: Once you clear cookies and cache, the page may take longer to load in the first instance. The loading time returns to normal after recreating the cookies and cache with the latest information.
Follow the steps below for the internet browser you use.
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu then click More tools.
Click Clear browsing data then, from the Time Range drop-down menu, select All time.
Clear the Browsing History check box then click the Advanced tab.
Select any other data you want to clear then click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the Open application menu
icon then click History.
Click Clear recent history then, from the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything.
If the menu bar is hidden, press the Alt key.
Select the Cookies, Cache and Offline website data check boxes and clear all others.
Click OK.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot menu then click History.
Click the thee-dot menu then click Clear browsing data.
Select the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files check boxes.
Select any other data you want to clear then click Clear now.
Internet Explorer (Version 9+)
Click the Tools
icon then click Internet options.
Click Delete then clear all check boxes apart from the following:
Temporary Internet files and website files.
Cookies and website data.
History.
Click Delete then click OK.
Note: If you use Payroll in Access Evo with Internet Explorer, you may see performance issues. We recommend you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge instead.
Safari (Version 9+)
From the Safari menu, click Clear History and Website Data.
Select the desired time range then click Clear History.
Click the Safari icon, then click Quit Safari.
Safari (Versions 7 and below)
From the Safari menu, click Reset Safari.
Select the items to reset, and click Reset.
Note: In Safari 5.1 and above, the Remove all website data option includes both cookies and cache.
Click the Safari icon, and then click Quit Safari.
If Access Evo still doesn't load correctly after clearing the cookies and cache in your browser, we recommend switching to a different internet browser.
