Note: If you have users that use email rather than username, Administrators are not able to reset the password for the user, instead the user needs to reset their own passwords via the forgotten password link on the Access Evo login page.
For Usernames rather than email log in, to reset a users password within Access Evo one of the Access Evo administrators for your organization can carry out the following steps:
Click the Members
icon.
In the Search field, type the users name.
Click the three-dot menu then click reset password.
Enter new password.
Note: This needs to be at least 10 characters long, contains both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol (!,",£,$,%,^,&,*,(,),. etc)).Click OK.
