Note: It is not possible to switch existing User Accounts in Access Evo from Email logins to Username logins (or vice versa) in bulk - these must be done individually per User Account.
Ensure you have set up a Friendly URL
You can't enable Users in Access Evo to have Usernames without setting up a Friendly URL first.
Switch the User Account Types
Log in to Access Evo.
In the Members tab, search for the email account you want to switch to a username account.
Select the user and in the side menu that is opened, click on the Actions button.
Select the Switch to username account option.
Fill in the form with the required data.
Set up a temporary password for the user, that they will have to reset the first time they log in.
The switch is made and all the details about the switch can be copied and sent to the user manually (Access Evo will not send these details for you, you will have to do this manually).
Switching User Accounts Login Type in Bulk
There is no functionality inside of Access Evo which allows you to change multiple existing Users from Email Logins to Username logins in one go.
The reason for this is because the Access Evo Administrator has to set a manual password for each Username User Account and provide it to the User outside of Access Evo.
