f the user has and reports that they use regularly, add them to the Dashboard, which can be accessed from the Home screen. Once you have added the reports you can then change the Dashboard to appear the way you want it to look.

Adding Reports to my Dashboard
Open the Dashboard by clicking on the drop-down arrow on the username at the top of the screen and select Go to Dashboard.
Right-click on the panel you want to add a report or select the cog button, then select Add Report from the Dashboard Menu.
At the Select Report form, navigate to the report you want to insert and click OK. The report is now added to the Dashboard.
Continue to add reports to the remaining empty panels, as necessary.
To change the size of the dashboard panel, click and drag the Vertical and Horizontal lines.
βOpen a Report
EITHER right-click on the panel where you want to open a report OR click on the cog button.
Select Open from the Dashboard Menu.
Once opened the report the user can output the data as either a PDF or Excel file by using the ribbon options.
β Remove a Report
EITHER right-click on the panel OR click on the cog button.
From the Dashboard Menu, click on the Clear option.
Customising my Dashboard
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see options that allow you to change the way the Dashboard appears.
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the Tab Settings, you will see the following options:
Reset Layout - sets the Dashboard layout back to the original format (if you have previously used the vertical or horizontal lines to re-size the frame)
Switch Layout - switches the reports around i.e. if one report appears on the left-hand side it will now appear on the right (and vice versa).
Add Tab - allows you to insert additional tabs; the Main tab is the default tab.
Remove Tab - option allows you to delete a tab along with its contents.
