Set up new reward or edit existing one

Create a new Reward

  1. Within the Administration tab, click Rewards.

  2. In the left hand-side, tick the box for Show inactive rewards if you want to view all the rewards, otherwise, leave it unticked.

  3. Within the rewards row, click Add new reward plus symbol to launch the wizard.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish completing the new Reward configuration and select individuals or groups in your organisation who are required in order to process the redeeming of this reward.

Amend an existing reward

Important: Keep in mind that any amendment made here will take effect retroactively.

  1. Within the Administration tab, click Reward.

  2. In the left hand-side, tick the box for Show inactive rewards if you want to view all the rewards, otherwise, leave it unticked.

  3. Click the three dots menu in the right-hand side corner of the existing Reward and select Edit.
