Allocate my new points to managers to be able to award points

The allocations can be offered to people with no active points pool allocation.

To create a new allocation, follow the below steps:

  1. Within the Administration tab, select Active Points Pool and click Allocations.

  2. From the right-hand side of the window, click the Add points pool allocation wizard.

  3. Search for managers to allocate points to from the Points Pool.

  4. If all the managers without an existing allocation should be given Points Allocation, tick the box for this option at the bottom of the Add Points Pool Allocation window.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Enter how many points you would like to be assigned to the selected user(s).

Note: By default a points allocation can only be given to a manager's team members. If you decide the points allocated should be awarded to any member of the organisation instead, tick the box under this message, otherwise, they will be awarded to their direct reportees.

  1. Click Next.

  2. If you are happy with the Points Pool Allocation you just configured, click Finish.
