Awarding points

Points can be awarded anytime you decide to do so based on the shouts received. This is done by following the below steps:

  1. Within Company Feed/My Team’s Feed tab, search for the employee you want to offer the award to.

  2. Click the present box icon next to the 3 points menu within the shout. The Award Points wizard will be displayed.

  • Note: If you do not have points allocated to you, you will be warned when clicking the Award button.

  1. You will be able to see the Points Summary and enter the amount of points you want to award the employee.

  2. Type in a message if you want the employee to receive it.

  3. Click Next. A Summary of the Award Points will be displayed.

  4. If happy, click Send to complete the wizard. If you need to rectify details, click Previous.
