To have access to the version on Mobile, you need to download it from the platform you use on your mobile to download apps online (Play Store/App Store etc.).
Once it is installed on your mobile device, you can tap the Applause icon to launch the app and start using it.
To log in, use your Evo credentials you would use to log into the Desktop version.
Access Applause for Mobile offers a standard User functionality. This means that the following pages will be visible regardless of the User Profile:
Home – Here you can see the number of Shouts Received and Shouts Given. Also, you can Send a shout and Award Points by following the on-screen instructions when the wizards are being used.
Note: If only one Behaviour is set up/active, the Behaviour list will not be displayed when giving a shout to a colleague. The wizard will display the Send a message screen after you select your colleague.
Feeds
Company – All the shouts given within the company.
My Feed – Shouts received by you.
My Team’s Feed – All the shouts your reportees received. This is visible to managers only.
2. Rewards – Here you can redeem your points by adding the Award to your basket and complete the order.
3. Settings – Gives you the option to switch between Organisations if multiple are set up.
Important: The version for Mobile does not contain the ability to perform Administration tasks. If you are an Administrator and wish to perform specific tasks, log into the Desktop version of the app.
