Only users with Administrator Role can create Active Points Pool Allocations and/or awards.
To check who has Administrator Role, follow the below steps:
Within the Members tab, use the Filtering option available next to the Search bar.
Within Filter status, select Include active.
From the Filter organisation role drop-down, select Only show administrators.
