Access Evo

Click Sites on the top bar then find the site to archive.

Click Actions then click Archive.

The site is deleted and is still accessible via the Archive tab on the Collaborate taskbar.

Click Archive on the top bar in Collaborate then find the site to unarchive.

Click Actions then click Unarchive.

1. Click Archive on the top bar in Collaborate then find the site to unarchive.
2. Click Actions then click Unarchive.
3. The site is now be moved back to Sites.

Follow the above steps to Archive a site.

Click Archive on the top bar then find the archived site to delete.

Click Actions then click Delete.

The site and all included documents are now deleted.
