No option to delete unwanted documents

Only administrators of a Collaborate site can delete items, or the site itself.

If the sole administrator has left, then your IT department may be able to assist you with accessing the departee's email in order to change the Evo password. Once their Evo account is accessible, you will be able to delete items or add administrators to the Collaborate site as required.

If your IT cannot help you then please raise a new case online, providing as much information about problem as possible.
