A user with User profile can only Edit or Delete a shout they have given in the first 30 days of sending it.
A user with Administrator profile can Delete a shout at any time.

To Edit/Delete a shout:
Log into Access Evo (previously Access Workspace).
Click Applause tab.
Search for the shout you want to amend/delete using the Search Applause functionality locate in the left hand-side of the window.
Click the three dots menu located in the right hand-side of the shout.
Click Edit to change the Shout.
Click Delete to remove the shout.
