There are many apps available in Access Evo and you can resize or move them around the dashboard.

To add apps, simply click Add App then search for the relevant app listed in the table below.

Sticky Notes

Never lose a reminder again. Create as many as you need, change their size and colour, and keep them visible until your task is complete.

RSS Feed

Get industry news straight to your desktop, with automatic updates. Simply enter your industry news URL or use a default RSS feed, such as Access Group's blog or BBC.

Twitter Feed

Use the Twitter app to easily follow key industry-specific groups or personnel.

Car Look Up

Find out who owns the car that's blocking you in the car park. This app pulls car number plate data from My Settings, across the entire organisation. Enabled users can search to see who vehicles belong to.

Latest Activity Feed

With this app, you can keep track of your and your colleagues' recent activity. You can filter by product or activity type for a more in-depth and informative view.

My Colleagues

To get up-to-date information, including contact details, job location and location, search for colleagues across the whole organisation by name or using tags.

Noticeboards

This works just like a pinboard on the office wall. Noticeboards can show updates created for the entire organisation, and they're visible to everyone. Take a look every day to keep yourself in the know. An Access Evo Administrator may set you up as an owner of a noticeboard so that you can update it. You can also use them for your personal notes, for example, important links, actions to complete or processes to follow.

Social Feed

Engage with your colleagues using the Social Feed:

  • Share posts across your organisation.

  • Add emojis, pictures, GIFs and links.

  • Like and comment on posts.

  • Sort by latest posts or recent activity.

Collaborate – My Favourite Sites

Within the Collaborate tool you can favourite any collaborate sites that might be used regularly. The app then allows you quick access into the sites.

Collaborate – My Outstanding Tasks

You can have a window view into collaborate tasks you have been assigned that need completing. The app also displays the due date to enable you to prioritise the tasks set.

Learning Lite – Find Learning

Use this app to search the varied suite of learning available to you.

Learning Lite – My Learning

The app displays a list of activities within your personalized training plan. You can view Outstanding, In Progress and Complete e-learning courses.

Analytics – Analytics Dashboard

Add an Analytics Dashboard to your personalized or shared Evo to allow you constant visibility of the data trends it displays.

Analytics – Analytics Insight

Add an Analytics Insight to your personalized or shared Evo to enable you to easily track and view the data it displays.

Note: There are two editions of Access Evo, so you may have different features depending on the edition you have.
