There are a range of Access Evo Apps available to add to your Access Evo dashboard. These apps allow you to complete actions or view your data regarding your learning activity status without needing to load Access Learning from the 9-dot menu.
Please see the apps available to you below:
My Learning Activities | You can view and launch any outstanding learning you are assigned to along with the due date for when it must be completed by. This includes learning a manager or Administrator has assigned to you as well as learning you have self-registered on to. |
Find Learning | You can search for and launch available learning. Click on the i icon to view a full description of the activity in a new tab where you can then click on the Register button. After registering, not attempted or incomplete learning activities will appear in your My Learning Activities app. |
Learning Events | Search for and register on to upcoming face-to-face learning events. Using the App you can see the name of the Event, the date and time and whether spaces are still available. Click on the Event to Register and to see a full description of the Event including how much CPD will be accrued after attendance. |
Compliance Apps | A set of three apps - Compliance scores by site, Compliance scores by staff and Overall Compliance scores. Each app can be added more than once, and different filters applied to build a dashboard that best suits your reporting needs. Certification Regime | Maintain fitness and propriety across your certified population and easily see how many of your staff are certified at any given time. You can also nudge Line Managers or download information shown in the app to a .CSV file. You can learn more about this app using our guide: Access Learning: My Certification Regime Monitoring App |
My CPD | Track and maintain your Continuing Professional Development from Evo. From here you can monitor your progress and add manual contributions to your CPD log, without needing to go into Access Learning. You can learn more about this app using our guide: Access Learning: My CPD Evo app |
My Mandatory Training | Keep on top of your own compliance and track your Mandatory Training progress from Evo. From here you can see your overall compliance, use tabs to view activities which are expired, due soon or certified and launch training.
