We're excited to introduce the new Access Evo Mobile app!

Access Evo is an integrated AI experience embedded across Access products. It combines industry know-how, multiple data sources and your organisation’s data with intelligent alerts and generative capabilities, allowing you to complete work at a remarkable speed.

Access Evo mobile includes:

Feed: A personalised feed of tasks and events that understands your role and the tools you use. Feed automatically manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most. Including our AI-powered 'Essential' feature, we'll ensure that your attention is always focused on the most important notifications.


Copilot:Our AI assistant helps you find better answers and put them to use without waiting. It can instantly do everything from HR policies to financial queries and smart email suggestions.

Products:You can find your additional Access Group products here. This dynamic list automatically updates if you expand your capabilities with Access and serves as the launch pad into the broader Access ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions

1. What are the minimum Operating Systems supported?
Mobile iOS 12 / Tablet iPadOS 12
Android 7.0

2. Can I install the app on my tablet device?
Yes - the Access Evo app is supported on your tablet device. Please take a look at the supported operating system versions above.

3. How do I sign in to the Access Evo app?
Customers can sign in using their existing Access Evo credentials.

4. What should I do if I forget my password?
Please follow the prompts on the Sign In page to reset your password.

5. What permissions does the app require?
As of September 2024, the Access Evo mobile app requires permission to send you push notifications relating to your Feed. You can approve or decline this functionality once you first load the app, and it can be controlled at any point in your device settings.

6. I need help with the app. How can I get support?
Please raise any questions or issues about the new Evo mobile app using the normal support process within the Customer Success Portal. A trained Access Group Support Engineer will then assist you.
