To help you build a strong sense of community and engagement, and land key information irrespective of where your colleagues are located, we designed Access Engage Lite.

Access Engage Lite works best when your entire workforce is connected. To encourage colleagues to use it, invite them to Access Evo.

For an in-depth walkthrough of Access Engage Lite, check out our interactive guide.

Social Feed app

To communicate with your colleagues, feel better connected and boost colleague collaboration, users and administrators can add the Social Feed app to both personal and shared dashboards. You can add posts with links, images or GIFs, and keep up to date with other people’s posts by commenting or liking them.

Note: To access the social feed on the go, use our mobile app.

Assign roles

Any Access Evo administrator can manage the Access Engage Lite roles for users. Read more >

Update your profile

Keep your profile up to date so colleagues can learn more about you and view your status. To do this, follow the steps below, depending on whether you're an administrator or a user.

Administrator

  1. Click the nine-dot menu then click Engage Lite.

  2. Click the person icon then click Edit.

  3. Make the relevant changes to your profile then click Save.

User

  1. Within Access Engage Lite, click your icon then click Edit.

  2. Make the relevant changes then click Save.

Note: To view colleagues' profiles in Access Engage Lite, click their profile icons.

Articles and events

Access Engage Lite administrators have access to the article feed, where you can view both articles created by The Access Group and any articles or events that Access Engage Lite administrators in your organisation create.

Note: To share your articles and events with your whole organisation, check out Access Engage.
