There may be times when you need to disable your members' access to Access Engage Lite. To do this you can either remove the product roles for all users, remove access to the Social Feed app or remove the app from Access Evo.
Note: Only the Access Evo administrator can follow the steps below.
Remove product roles for all users
This option means that no users can access the Social Feed app however, any new members that you add can access it by default.
If you don't want to permanently remove Access Engage Lite from Access Evo, we recommend you do this as well as remove access to the Social Feed app.
Click the Members
icon then click the Select All
icon.
Under Actions, click Add then click Assign Product Role.
Under Product Name, select Access Engage Lite.
Under Role, select No Access then click Assign.
Under Actions, click Apply.
Remove access to the Social Feed app
This option mean that users can't access Access Engage Lite from the nine-dot menu in Access Evo however, Access Engage Lite administrators can still access it.
Tip: We recommend using this option if you want to explore the product before giving access to your members.
Click the three-dot menu then click Add App.
Click App Availability then search for Social Feed.
Clear the Available check box.
Click Save.
