Overview of Evo Docs Solution

Great news! Evo Docs Copilot skill is now available to everyone. This handy feature helps you quickly find information in your Collaborate documents - no more scrolling through endless pages to find what you need.

What is Evo Docs?

Think of Evo Docs as your smart document assistant. It helps you find specific information buried in your documents, saving you time and making your workday easier.

How It Works

Simply upload documents to Collaborate and tick the option to make them searchable in Copilot. This works for both new uploads and documents you've already stored. When you ask Evo Docs a question, it understands what you're looking for and finds the most relevant information—especially those hard-to-find details in lengthy documents.

Capabilities and Limitations

What Evo Docs Can Do

Evo Docs lets you chat naturally with your documents:

  • Search by Content: Ask questions about what's inside your documents, and get accurate, relevant answers

  • Check What's Available: See which documents you can search, then ask specific questions about them—it's like having a conversation with your files

Best Practices

Ask about the information you need, not the document name.

✅ Try: "What were our Q2 financial results?"

❌ Avoid: "Find the document called 'Q2 Financial Report'"

What Evo Docs Cannot Do

  • Name Search: You can't search for documents by filename yet—it finds content, not titles
