Opening Copilot as a standalone product
Copilot is now available as a standalone product that you can access directly from your Access products menu (the 9-dot icon). This gives you a dedicated space to work with Copilot, perfect for when you want to focus on AI-assisted tasks without being within a specific product.
How to access Copilot
Find the products menu
Look for the 9-dot icon in your Access toolbar – this is your gateway to all your Access products.
Select Copilot
Click the 9-dot icon to open your products menu, then click on Copilot. This opens Copilot in a full-screen experience where you can start working immediately.
Start using Copilot
Once opened, you'll have the full Copilot experience:
Start new conversations
Upload documents
Use different skills
Access your conversation history
Work with artifacts

Getting started
If you can see Copilot in your products menu, you're ready to go. Simply click the Products menu, select Copilot, and start your first conversation.
If you don't see Copilot in your products menu, speak to your Evo administrator about enabling Copilot for your organisation.
