The filters you see within Access Employee Performance analytics depend on which dashboard or insight you are looking at.

To filter on an insight or dashboard, follow the below steps:

  1. Within Access Employee Performance, click Insights or Dashboards.

  2. Click the filter icon.

  1. Select the relevant filters.

  2. To refresh with the filters applied, click Apply.

Individual filters

User Status

To include active employees, use the Under Status filter.

To view leaver reports, de-select Active and select Deactivated.

Period

To report on current reviews and also previous ones, use the Period filter. Select the review year and quarter you wish to filter by.

Note: The acronym RY22 Q1 is an abbreviation for Review Year 2022 Quarter 1.

If you're an admin, to set the review period, follow the below steps:

  1. Within Access Evo, click the nine-dot menu.

  2. Click Employee Performance.

  3. Click Admin.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. Select the Check-In Period Start Month.

Levels down

If you're a manager, this filter allows you to go down the organisation tree.

For example, if you manage four people directly, to view your reports, you only have the option of one line in your team.

If you have two levels beneath you (your own team of managers and the managers' reports), to view the managers' reports, you have the option of two lines in your team.
