We are pleased to announce a new release of Analytics – version 1.49.
This release introduces enhancements to the Analytics Download-to-Excel functionality, the ability to download Dashboards, and further progress towards a single instance of Analytics Widgets for use in Evo.
Additional customer-requested improvements have been applied and security notifications resolved to maintain product reliability.
New: Download Dashboards
Analytics Dashboards can now be downloaded/exported as vector SVG or image PNG file, for use in report creation outside the organization.
Once downloaded in either of these formats, the dashboard can then be printed as PDF.
New: Download Pivot tables in XLSX format
Downloading Pivot Tables is now straightforward and accurate, with the option to export in Excel format. This enables the data to be replicated as it appears on screen.
Enhancement – Download Simple Tables in XLSX format now replicates all UI settings
The download modal with two format options remains unchanged. The enhancement applies to the content that is exported in the Excel format, which now maintains the same settings applied to the insight within the application.
Analytics Widgets – Old instances no longer available in the Apps list
Analytics Insight and Dashboard Apps are available for use with their new instance only. All objects selected and saved using the old instances will continue to work and render as before. However, we strongly encourage to re-create them using the latest functionality available.
