The Access Evo platform is available in three tiers - Standard, Evo Everywhere, and Evo Enterprise.
Each tier builds on the last, unlocking progressively more powerful AI, automation, and data capabilities. This article explains what each tier includes, and - for Evo Everywhere - the difference between a Base user and an Advanced user.
The three tiers at a glance
Access Evo is a single, unified platform. All three tiers share the same secure foundation - your data stays private, your existing permissions are respected, and nothing needs to be ripped out or replaced. What changes between tiers is the depth of AI capability, the degree of automation, and the level of customisation available to your organisation.
Tier 1 - Standard
Core platform features for every user — a unified workspace, AI assistant, personalised feed, and global search.
Tier 2 - Evo Everywhere
Connected data, workflow automation, and agentic AI built into the products you already use. Two user types: Base and Advanced.
Tier 3 - Evo Enterprise
The full platform — maximum AI capability, deep customisation, and enterprise-grade controls for complex organisations.
📌Note: Each tier includes everything in the tier below it. Evo Everywhere includes all Standard features. Evo Enterprise includes all Evo Everywhere features, plus more.
Tier 1 — Standard
Standard is the entry point to the Evo platform. It is included with your existing Access subscription at no additional cost, and every user in your organisation is automatically covered.
Standard gives every user a consistent, unified experience across all their Access products - replacing the need to juggle multiple tabs and logins with a single, intelligent interface.
What's included in Standard
MyEvo - a unified dashboard and personalised home screen where you can organise your Access applications into Spaces (personal or shared by an admin).
Copilot Core - a secure AI assistant for drafting content, answering questions, and analysing information, available across all your Access products.
Feed - a personalised, role-aware feed of tasks, alerts, and actions that surfaces what needs your attention, when it needs it.
Global Search - a single search box that finds anything across the Evo platform, from products and documents to colleagues and settings.
Collaborate - shared documents, tasks, and communication tools to help teams work together more effectively.
📌Note: For admins: Copilot Core, Feed, and MyEvo activate automatically for all users. You retain full control through your Admin Rights and can manage which features are enabled for your organisation.
Tier 2 — Evo Everywhere
Evo Everywhere takes the Evo platform further — bringing connected data, workflow automation, and agentic AI directly into the products your teams already use every day. Rather than learning a new system, your people get more powerful capabilities inside the tools they know.
Evo Everywhere is structured as a two-level package. A Base Fee is included as standard and covers all users in your organisation. An Advanced User licence is available on request for users who need deeper AI and automation capabilities.
What Evo Everywhere adds
Evo Navigator - brings your whole working day into one place, sorted and ready to act on from the moment you open it, with no data migration or retraining required
Evo Workflow Automation - moves information between your systems automatically, set up visually with no coding required
Evo Assistants (Agents) - AI agents that handle repetitive work in the background, only involving a person when a real decision is needed
Evo Data Engine - turns your data into actionable analytics without waiting in a queue for a report
Deeper product integration - AI that understands your specific business data, automates your processes, and provides intelligent suggestions based on what you are actually doing in your Access applications
📌Note: Usage: Both levels of Evo Everywhere are designed for normal, everyday business use. For the vast majority of users, usage is treated as effectively unlimited for normal business operations.
Base users vs Advanced users (Evo Everywhere)
Within Evo Everywhere, there are two user types. Your organisation's admin assigns these — you cannot change your own user type.
Evo Everywhere
Base User
Included for every user as part of the Evo Everywhere Base Fee
Access to all Standard tier features
Evo Navigator — unified working day view
Copilot with deeper product integration
Personalised Feed with intelligent alerts
Read access to workflows and automations created by Advanced users
Suitable for most everyday users across the organisation
Evo Everywhere
Advanced User
Requires an Advanced User licence (priced on request)
Everything a Base user has, plus:
Full access to Evo Workflow Automation — build and manage automated workflows between systems
Full access to Evo Assistants — create and deploy AI agents that work in the background
Full access to Evo Data Engine — build and publish analytics and data views
Suitable for power users, team leads, and those responsible for building automations or managing AI-driven processes
🤓Tip: Not sure which user type you are? Check with your organisation's Evo admin. They can confirm your user type and, if needed, request an Advanced User licence through your Access account team.
Which user type do I need?
For most users, a Base user licence is sufficient. You will be able to use all the AI, navigation, and collaboration features Evo Everywhere provides in your day-to-day work.
You may need an Advanced user licence if you need to:
Build or manage automated workflows between systems.
Create or configure AI agents (Evo Assistants).
Build analytics dashboards or data views for your team.
Take on a power-user or platform administration role within your organisation.
Tier 3 — Evo Enterprise
Evo Enterprise is the full expression of the Evo platform, designed for larger or more complex organisations that need maximum AI capability, advanced security controls, and the deepest level of customisation.
Evo Enterprise includes everything in Standard and Evo Everywhere, and extends the platform with capabilities suited to enterprise-scale operations.
What Evo Enterprise adds
Advanced security and compliance controls — enterprise-grade configuration options beyond the standard security model.
Extended customisation — deeper platform configuration to match complex organisational structures and workflows.
Priority support and onboarding — dedicated Customer Success support for rollout and ongoing optimisation.
Enterprise-scale AI capabilities — the full suite of Evo AI tools with capacity and configuration suited to large user bases.
📌Note: Evo Enterprise is available to organisations on a bespoke basis. Contact your Access account team or Customer Success Manager for details.

Which tier am I on?
Your tier is set at an organisational level — it is determined by your Access subscription, not by individual settings. To find out which tier your organisation is on:
Sign in to Access Evo and go to Settings.
Select Organisation from the left-hand menu.
Your current tier will be displayed under Subscription.
If you cannot see this information, contact your organisation's Evo admin. If you believe your organisation should be on a different tier, your admin can speak to your Access account team.
📌Note: For admins: You can view and manage user types (Base or Advanced) for Evo Everywhere users from the User Management section in your admin settings. Advanced User licences are requested through your Access account team.
