Introducing Evo Kanban

Evo Kanban is a visual work management capability built into the Access Evo platform. It provides personal, team and organisation-level boards that give individuals and teams a real-time view of work in progress, blocked items and completed tasks, without requiring a separate project management tool.

Task cards explained

Task cards are tools that support a comprehensive set of fields including priority, due date, assignee, progress status, subtasks, file attachments, comments with @mentions, and rich text descriptions. You use them to add new tasks or actions that you and your team members can work on together in a collaborative way.

You can customise boards with names, descriptions, icons, colours and RAG status indicators. It supports bulk import via CSV or JSON for initial population.

Evo Kanban integrates with Evo Navigator, Evo Workflow Automation, Agent Builder and Evo Researcher, and is registered as a connector across the Evo AI capability.
