Evo Kanban offers multiple ways to view your work, depending on what you need.
View | What it shows |
Kanban board | A column-based view of tasks by status - the default view. |
Calendar view | Tasks laid out across a calendar by due date. |
Gantt view | A timeline view with dependency mapping across tasks. |
Dashboards | A summary view of board activity and progress. |
Permissions
Access to each board is controlled by roles. The roles available are listed below.
Role | What they can do |
Owner | Full control of the board, including settings and deletion. |
Admin | Manage members, columns, and board settings. |
Member | Create, edit, and move tasks. |
Stakeholder | View the board and tasks. |
Teams can be assigned to boards directly. Organisation-level settings and board creation rights are controlled by global roles set by your Organisation Admin.
