Evo Productivity Tools
The Access Evo Productivity Apps are focused tools built into Access Evo to help you with day-to-day planning and work management. They sit inside the platform and connect to the wider Evo capabilities.
Open the Evo Productivity Tools
To locate and open the Evo Productivity Tools, follow the steps below:
Log in to Access Evo, then click the Access Button.
Click Productivity Tools, then select the app you need.

1. 🗂️ Evo Kanban
Kanban is a visual work management tool built into the Evo platform. It gives teams and individuals a real-time view of what is in progress, what is blocked, and what is done — without leaving the Evo environment.
Key things you can do with it:
Each task card supports priority, due date, assignee, and progress status, as well as subtasks, file attachments, comments, and @mentions.
Boards and tasks are accessible via Evo Navigator without opening the Kanban app directly, and Evo Workflow Automation can create and update tasks on any board via the Access Kanban node.

2. 🖊️ Evo Whiteboard
Whiteboard is a collaborative whiteboarding tool built into the Evo platform. It gives users an infinite canvas for brainstorming, process mapping, and visual planning — with AI generation built in and direct integration with other Evo products.
Key things you can do with it:
Users can prompt Evo Navigator to generate a whiteboard automatically (for example, "draw me a process map for X"), and can also create or extend boards via an AI prompt directly from within the whiteboard.
Whiteboard supports live links to Evo Tasks items, the ability to convert a whiteboard element directly into an Evo Tasks item, and embedding other Evo applications as canvas elements.
