Evo Survey is a survey and feedback tool that you can access directly within the Access Evo platform. You can create surveys, apply conditional logic flow to create dynamic question paths, distribute surveys to respondents, collecting responses, and review the replies.

To locate and use Evo Surveys, follow the steps below:

The My Surveys dashboard is the home screen for Survey Creators. It provides a real-time overview of all surveys and serves as the starting point for all your survey management activity.

The survey builder is a four-step wizard that leads you through the build, logic flow, settings and publishing, and sharing the survey with your users.

Logic Flow is the conditional branching capability that you can apply to your surveys. You can use it to present different question paths to different respondents based on their answers, creating dynamic and relevant survey experiences.

Once you've received at least one response, the Results dashboard is accessible from the dashboard. You can see all the answers to the survey questions.

Once you've sent a survey, the respondent gets a Feed notification to tell them that it's waiting for their reply. In Evo Survey, they can see their own My Surveys dashboard that shows active, complete, and expired surveys. They can complete their outstanding surveys from the dashboard.

We don't use third-party platforms at any point in the survey lifecycle. Because of this, Access stores all survey response data and it's not shared further.
