To open Whiteboard, follow the steps below:

On the My Boards home page, you can see all the boards that your colleagues have shared with you. You can use the search box or use the Sort by filter to find the one you need.

You can create new boards from scratch or use the AI tool to generate a custom board built to your requirements. You can map out plans, brainstorms, or workflows, using various creative tools. And because everything's yours to shape you can rearrange and refine as your plan evolves, without ever starting from scratch.

Let AI do the heavy lifting. Simply prompt Evo Navigator to generate a whiteboard for you. Just ask Draw me a process map for X, and watch it appear. You can also create or extend boards with an AI prompt right from within the canvas, and select any existing elements and edit them using natural language, no manual tweaking required.

Whiteboard connects with the rest of the Evo platform. You can link cards to your Evo Tasks items for live, refreshable updates, or convert any whiteboard element directly into a task with a single click. You can even pull up your Evo Tasks in a handy sidebar panel without leaving the canvas, and embed other Evo applications directly as elements on your board.
