Locate tasks
Evo Tasks is a productivity tool connected to your Kanban boards, where you can view and access your tasks directly, making it easier to manage.
To locate tasks:
Click Access Button
Click Productivity Tools.
Select Tasks.
This will automatically open the tasks you have in your Kanban boards, and from here you can easily choose to see only the ones that are assigned to you, or created by you.
View and filter your tasks
By clicking on a task, you can edit, manage or mark as Complete directly from here.
You can filter to see only the tasks assigned to you by clicking Assigned to me, or the tasks you created by selecting Created by me from the left-hand panel.
You can use the Priority bar in the right top corner to filter by the most important tasks from your board.
đNote: You cannot add a new task from here, you need to go to your main board in Kanban and click +New task in the top right corner of your Kanban board.
