Rather than checking multiple systems for updates, Feed brings everything together in one place so you can see what needs your attention, act on it, and stay focused throughout your day.

Feed is included for all Access Evo platform customers at no additional cost.

Feed provides a personalised, curated list of tasks and notifications drawn from your connected Access products. It understands your role and the tools you use, and automatically manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most.

Instead of switching between products to check for updates, you get a single, continuously updated view of everything relevant to you. This includes pending approvals, urgent tasks, product updates, and announcements from across your organisation.

You can open Feed in two ways:

When new items arrive, Feed displays a badge notification. The badge disappears once you open Feed, so you always know whether there is something new waiting for you.

Each time you open Feed, the Essentials section displays your three most critical tasks at the top of the screen. This AI-powered feature intelligently prioritises your most important items so you can focus on what needs your attention first, without having to scan through everything manually.

You can complete simple tasks directly within Feed without leaving the screen. Once you complete an item, it is clearly marked as done. You can then archive it to keep your Feed clean and focused.

Each Feed item can contain a direct link to the relevant part of its originating Access product. One click takes you exactly where you need to go to view more information or complete a more complex task.

You can filter your Feed by product to focus on updates from a specific Access application. This is useful when you want to work through notifications from one system at a time without being distracted by updates from others.

Archiving lets you remove individual Feed items from your main view once they are no longer relevant. Archived items are not deleted and can be retrieved at any time from the Archive section. This helps you maintain a clean, task-focused Feed.

Feed is available on both desktop and mobile through the Access Evo app. All Feed features available on desktop, including deep linking, Copilot integration, Essentials prioritisation, filtering, and archiving, are fully supported on mobile as well.
