Quick Actions lets you complete everyday tasks directly from the Access Evo Navigator screen, without opening a separate system or navigating through menus. Common tasks that would normally require several steps across multiple products can be completed in seconds from a single screen.
⚠️ Important: Quick Actions is not part of the Evo Standard offering. The tasks available depend on which Access products your organisation uses and how they are connected to Access Evo.
What Quick Actions does
Quick Actions surfaces the tasks you carry out most regularly and makes them available directly from Navigator. Rather than logging in to a separate product, finding the right menu, and working through a multi-step process, you can complete the same task from one place with far fewer steps.
Tasks can be completed in just two clicks, on desktop or mobile. This applies to both employees completing their own tasks and managers acting on requests from their team, on desktop or mobile. How Quick Actions works
When you open Access Evo Navigator, Quick Actions displays the shortcuts relevant to your role. You click the action you want to complete, fill in any required details, and submit. The information is passed directly to the relevant connected Access product, with no need to switch systems.
Quick Actions respects your existing user permissions. The actions available to you reflect what you are permitted to do within your connected Access products. Managers see actions relevant to their team, and employees see actions relevant to their own records.
Using Quick Actions on mobile
Quick Actions is available on both desktop and mobile through the Access Evo app. Managers can approve leave requests in one click from their phone, with no desk, no delay, and no chaser emails required. in one click from their phone, with no desk, no delay, and no chaser emails required.
