Grant administrator permissions

To gain access to the Members area of Access Evo, you need to have an administrator role for Access Evo.

Note: If you are an administrator, you can update other users' roles and have access to certain areas of the system such as Security, Manage Evo Invites and so on.


To set a user as an organisation administrator, follow the steps below:

  1. As an Access Evo administrator, click the members image.png icon then search for the relevant user.

  2. Click the three-dot menu for the user then click Manage Roles.

  3. From the Organisation Role list, select Administrator then click Save.
