With Access Evo, everything is easy to find. You can access your integrated Access software and other Access Evo tools included in the Standard Edition of Access Evo from Access Button
You might find though that your day is made even more efficient when you add product apps to your personal Evo. Apps provide high-level information so you don't need to spend time navigating through your product.
In order to gain access to an Access product in Access Button , a member must have a role assigned in their member profile.
To give a user a role on a product, an Administrator of Access Evo needs to follow the steps below:
Click Members then search for the member to update.
Click the 3-dot menu then click Manage roles.
Click the dropdown for the product you'd like to update and select the appropriate role.
Click Confirm then click Close.
It's possible to update members' roles in bulk and It's also possible to update multiple members' roles with an import.
