The Administrator role in Access Evo is required to perform these actions.

To open the Members tab, in the top right of Access Evo, click the two person icon.
To check if an employee is already a member, you can use the following three features:

Use the Search feature

  1. In the top left corner of the Members tab, in the Search bar, type the name of the employee.

  2. If required, click the cone icon and apply a filter to the results.

  3. If the employee does not come up, there might be two possibilities:

    • The employee has been invited, but the sign-up email has not been followed up. To check this, in the filter window, select the Include added check box.

    • The employee might have been deactivated. To check this, in the filter window, select the Include deactivated.

Note: If the sign-up email was sent to an invalid email address, this invite can be deleted while in the added member stage. On the top right corner of a member panel, click the three dots icon and click Delete Pending Member.

Use the Printable Hierarchy List

  1. On the right corner of the Members panel, click the gearwheel icon.

  2. Select View Printable Hierarchy List. A new browser window will open containing the Organisation Hierarchy.

  3. To see all members regardless of their status, select the Include added and Include deactivated check boxes.

Note: Any active members that are managed by a member who is pending, invited or deactivated may not appear in the organisation structure if their manager is not included within the filter options.

Use the Export Members feature

To ensure that all the members are exported regardless of their status:

  1. In the Search Bar, click the cone icon and select the Include active, Include added (Include all pending statuses) and Include deactivated check boxes.

  2. On the right of the Members panel, click the gearwheel icon.

  3. Click Export Members. An Excel document will be downloaded containing all the members currently included in the filter.

Important note: If the Members feature should be only visible to users with an Administrator role, this can be restricted by following these steps:

  1. In the top right corner of Evo, click your name and then select Organisation Settings.

  2. Click Members Options.

  3. Make sure that the Show Members for users who are not Administrators check box is not ticked.

  4. Click Save.
