Administrator not found in User section in Analytics

If a user is not identified in the Security section in Analytics please check the manager roles of this member.

To search for this user please follow the below;

  1. Select Analytics.

  2. Navigate to Security.

  3. Then select 'User' tab.

  4. Search for the user.

If the user can't be found please review the manager roles.

  1. Select the member Icon at the top right of the screen.

  2. Search for the member.

  3. Select the 3 dots on the right of that member.

  4. Next select Manager roles.

  5. Scroll down until you see Analytics.

If the member is not named as a user this member will not be found in the 'user' security section in Analytics.
