Access Button has disappeared

If you cannot see the Access Button in the top left of your Access Evo this is most likely due to a networking issue and something that your internal IT will need to resolve.

Your internal firewall configuration will need to include *.accessacloud.com being white listed as there are multiple resources across a number of subdomains that Access Evo and the Access Button are reliant on.
