Quick Start: Document Upload in Copilot

Stop searching through lengthy documents manually. With Document Upload, you can have a conversation with your PDFs and get the answers you need in seconds.

Getting started is easy

All you need is Copilot (available with licensed Access Evo products) and any PDF document you're working with.

Upload and start asking questions

1. Open Copilot

You'll find Copilot in your toolbar - it's the same place you always access it.

2. Add your document

Click the attachment icon and choose your PDF. It uploads in seconds, and you're ready to go.

3. Just ask

Now comes the easy part - ask Copilot anything about your document, just like you'd ask a colleague. Try questions like:

  • "What are the main takeaways from this report?"

  • "Can you tell me about my key actions from this report?โ€

  • "What compliance requirements do I need to be aware of?"

Copilot reads through the entire document and gives you clear, specific answers drawn from the content.

4. Check the source

Your document appears in the Artifacts View on the right, so you can see exactly where information comes from. No more flicking back and forth between windows.
