Can we see data for how our users are interacting with Access Engage?

Access Analytics has a prebuilt dashboard available for reporting on Access Engage statistics. If you are unable to see the Access Engage dashboard within Access Analytics, raise a new case.

Dashboard Item

Description

Employees with access to Engage

This report displays a count for how many Workspace users within your Workspace organisation have an active role (user/admin) for Access Engage.

Signed in employees

This report displays how many employees have agreed to the terms and conditions of Access Engage via the invite email.

Distinct posters

This report displays the number of unique employees who have posted (the same employee making multiple posts would count as 1).

Distinct commenters

This report displays the number of unique employees who have commented on a post (the same employee commenting twice would count as 1).

Activity by month

This chart displays a breakdown of how many posts and comments have been made, broken down into a per-month count.

Activity heatmap

This heatmap chart displays the busiest days of the week in which users login, make posts or comment via Access Engage. The heatmap draws data for all-time and so represents a since Day 1 data trend.

Most liked posts

This chart displays data for the highest number of likes given to a post.

Most active posters

This chart displays a list of users with the highest post count.
