The article detail analytics dashboard allows you to see the engagement data for specific articles.
Article detail dashboard
From the Access Evo (previously Access Workspace)
nine dot menu, click Analytics.
Select Dashboards then click the Article Detail dashboard.
Note: If you can't see the dashboard in Analytics, an Analytics administrator needs to give you access.
View the engagement data for a specific article
Click the Article Selector on the article detail dashboard.
Click the article you wish to view data for.
Click Apply Filter.
To view data for a another article
Click the three dots in the Article Selector.
Select Remove Filter.
Follow steps one to three above for another article.
Note: If you select more than one article then click Apply Filter the dashboard filters show data for all articles you select, but the article detail section only shows the details for the first article.
