As an administrator, you can set roles for Access Employee Performance individually or in bulk.
Set individual roles
To set the role for a member, follow these steps.
In Access Evo (previously Access Workspace), click Members.
Search for the relevant member.
Select the member card, click Action and select Manage Roles.
Select the desired role for Access Employee Performance.
Click Save Changes.
Set roles in bulk
To set the role for multiple members, follow these steps.
In Access Evo, click Members.
Search for the relevant member.
Alternatively, use the filters to locate your employees by tag or whether they're a manager.
Select your users.
You can use Select All or hold down CTRL on your keyboard and select multiple users.
In Actions, click Add.
Select Assign product role.
Select Access Employee Performance.
Select the relevant role.
Click Assign.
