If you have employees reporting to you, Path to Great will be presented with two tabs. You can either view your own chart or the Team Path to Great tab will show a chart with your direct reporting employees' records on it.
Setting a chart position
As a manager, you can set the employees' position within Path to Great.
Hover over
Managers can hover over their employees' current and historical records.
Hide others
The hide others filter can be used to show only the selected team members history records. The Hide other check box is not able to be set until a team member has been selected.
Show history
Show history filter can be toggled on and off to hide all history records for any employees shown on the graph so only showing all employees' current chart position. The show history checkbox is set to true by default, refreshing the page will reset it to show histories.
Historic scores displayed
Available from the three-dot button on the top right-hand corner of the app. The historic scores display option is available to all users and allows a user to specify if they would like to see 1, 3 or 5 history records, plus the current record, on their chart. The option is stored for each user so will follow the user if they change to another browser or device.
