When you need to manage the settings for communities in Access Engage, you can only do this in Access Evo (previously Access Workspace).
Note: Only Access Evo administrators can do this.
We recommend creating a tag called Communities, where users can both pick and create their own values.
The following tag settings are relevant to communities in Access Engage:

Tag visibility | Tags that are visible to everyone are available as communities in Access Engage. |
Can members pick their own values? | Select whether users can select a value themselves from a list or whether only admins can select values for users. |
Can members create their own values? | Select whether users can create their own values. |
