Manage tags

This is how you can manage tags in Access Evo

You can create tags in Access Evo to describe attributes of individuals. For example, skills, hobbies, qualifications, accreditations and work experience, and they make it easy for users to search for the right colleague to collaborate with.

To create a new tag and assign it, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click your name.

  2. Click Tags.

  3. Click Add Tag and follow the on screen instructions.

  4. Close the tab then click Members.

  5. Search for yourself or the colleague you need to associate the tag with.

  6. Click the three-dot menu on the contact card.

  7. Click Manage Tags.

  8. Allocate the relevant tags using the drop-down menus.

  9. Click Save Changes.

The tags are now associated with this member, and you can search by this in the Members section of Access Evo.
