What's Translated to German

The following Access Evo components are available in German:

  • Platform Header: All navigation elements and menu options

  • Profile Menu: All user profile options and settings

  • Configuration Tools: Members, Tags, Groups, Branding, Roles & Permissions, Collaborate

  • Accessibility Features: All tooltips, screen reader support, and image alt-text/description

What Remains in English

The following content is not currently translated:

  • Notifications sent to users

  • Platform announcements

  • Feed items and activity updates

  • Product-specific content within individual applications

If you encounter any interface elements that haven't switched to German, the platform automatically defaults to English to maintain full functionality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will my language preference affect other users in my organisation?

A: No. Language preference is individual to your user account and doesn't affect other users' experience.

Q: Can I switch back to English?

A: Yes. Follow the same steps and select "English" from the Language dropdown.

Q: Why are some elements still showing in English?

A: Some content types (notifications, announcements, Feed items) will remain in English. Product-specific content is managed by individual product teams and may have separate language support.

Q: Will this affect how I receive emails from the platform?

A: Currently, email templates remain in English. Language support for email communications is planned for future releases.

Q: Do I need to log out and back in for the change to take effect?

A: No. Language preference changes apply immediately without requiring you to log out.
