We are pleased to announce a new release of Analytics β version 1.52.
This latest release introduces Time Field Type support across Analytics, enabling time-only data to be handled natively and removing the need for Date or String field workarounds when working with shift schedules, appointment times, or event durations.
This version also includes a number of customer support fixes and security maintenance items that contribute to the continued reliability of the product.
New: Time Field Type
Analytics now supports Time as a dedicated field type, enabling time-only data β such as shift times, appointment slots, or event durations β to be handled accurately without relying on Date or String fields as a workaround.
Time fields are available across Insights and Dashboards, with support for Group By, filtering, sorting, and aggregations including Min, Max, Count, and Count Distinct. A dedicated Time Picker control is provided for filtering, with operators including Equals, Before, After, and Between. Six time format options are available for group-by displays, covering both 12-hour and 24-hour patterns.
Time columns in CSV file imports are now automatically detected and mapped to the correct field type. Linked filtering across Dashboard Insights is supported for Time fields in the same way as other field types.
