What is Evo Navigator?
Evo Navigator is your personal work console inside Access Evo. It is the first thing you see when you open Evo, and the place where most of your working day happens.
Rather than opening different systems to find what you need, Navigator brings everything to you. Your tasks, your priorities, your communications, and shortcuts to your most-used actions - all visible in one place, the moment you log in.
What Navigator is - and what it is not
Navigator is not a dashboard. It is not a reporting tool. It is not an AI assistant on its own.
It is the unified starting point for your entire working day. That distinction matters because it changes how you work - not incrementally, but fundamentally.
Most home screens are static. They show the same thing to everyone and require navigation to do anything. Evo Navigator is dynamic, personalised, and action-oriented. Work comes to it from all your systems simultaneously, and you act on it without going anywhere else.
Why Navigator exists
Jumping between applications - opening this, closing that, finding where you were - is one of the biggest hidden drains on people's time and focus. It breaks your stride, and it adds up across the day.
Evo Navigator removes it entirely. Because all your systems feed into one work console, you are not constantly switching between applications to piece your day together. Any task you need to complete, you can do in a single click. No navigating away, no losing your place.
đNote: Navigator does not replace your existing product screens. All your existing systems continue to operate exactly as they do today. Navigator is the single place where their output comes together and where you take action.
Who Navigator is for
Every Access Evo user has Navigator. It is personalised to your role â what is surfaced is relevant to you, actionable, and current. You will not see data or actions for products you do not have access to. Your existing permissions are fully respected.
You can also self-select the quick actions you use most frequently, keeping your most common tasks permanently visible and accessible in a single click â without requiring IT involvement or technical configuration.
How Navigator fits into Access Evo
Navigator is included in the base Evo Everywhere licence. It is the default experience every user lands on when they open Access Evo, and it connects to all systems in use across your organisation â both Access products and approved third-party software.
This means you do not need to remember where specific tasks, data, or processes live. Navigator knows, and it surfaces what you need, when you need it.
đ¤Tip: The more you use Navigator as your starting point each day, the more it becomes second nature â and the more time you save.
